Being a landlord can be scary! We have all heard the horror stories of tenants who don't want to pay, refuse to leave, and damage the property. The reality is that there are no guarantees when renting properties and there is always a risk.
My goal is to provide tips and strategies to reduce the risk and likelihood of someone not paying and refusing to leave your property. These tips and strategies come from my own experience with renting by the room. I rent by the room, furnished, and by the week. So far it's been a great experience and my rental property stays full.
